Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All online orders are typically processed within up to five (5) business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $50 (before taxes and shipping)
Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Multiple Shipments
Shipping rates may vary depending on product location(s), size, or quantity of items in your order. In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different locations.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Refused or Returned Shipments
Orders that are refused or returned to sender may have the original shipping cost deducted from any eligible refund. Additional return shipping charges may also apply. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider if needed.
